Who we are
The Story
In 2017 we founded our family business Miraglia Business-Intelligence. After a Microsoft Power BI event, I turned my vocation into a profession, because data or numbers inspire me. Implementing simple and creative solutions for customers are part of my core competency. In 2019, Power Apps and Power Automate were added. Since 2021 we are Microsoft Western Europe Partner. Thanks to constant know-how expansion, also thanks to our partner Microsoft, we are able to solve even tricky tasks.
Vision
Our vision is to transform difficult and tedious business processes and heaps of data into simple and interactive solutions and to network them intelligently, so that everyone, and really everyone, has fun with data and its meaningfulness. We want to motivate, support and above all enable people to understand these approaches and to implement them themselves over time.
Technology
At the center of our area of expertise is Microsoft's Power Platform. It includes Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. With the help of these services we can create simple, yet meaningful solutions. It does not matter where the data comes from or in which database it is stored.
Since 2017, I have been able to bring enterprise data to life with Power BI or Azure Machine Learning for over 40 companies (from SMEs to large publicly traded companies) in industries such as retail, manufacturing, services, banking, insurance & non-profits! What used to take weeks or months is now possible within hours or days! Whether standard software or individual ERP or CRM system - all data can be linked with each other in a highly automated way.

I'm Giovanni Miraglia, a business economist and a data scientist.
As an imaginative lateral thinker with a great affinity for technology, innovation and all business contexts, it is important to me to use these topics efficiently and profitably.
Combining data from a wide variety of sources and expanding it with the right algorithms using artificial intelligence and machine learning is my core competence. This is how data comes to life - understandable, exciting and comprehensible at a glance.
Management information systems and management cockpits can be interactively updated and consumed around the clock using the latest software on all end devices such as mobile phones, tablets, Mac or PC.

My name is Raoul Elias Miraglia and I am currently studying at the University of Zurich, where I turned to religious studies and economics.
My enthusiasm for electronics, technology and innovation was evident at a young age and has not changed to this day. I want to use my abilities to find creative and efficient solutions by getting to work competently and calmly.
With my bilingual high school diploma, which I completed in 2020 at the Büelrain State College of Economy in Winterthur, as well as my Cambridge English Level C2 Proficiency Certificate and my Diploma Intermedia B1 degree in Italian, I have extensive linguistic knowledge that is always a helpful companion in my work .
With the help of PowerApps and any data sources, I create creative and simple applications with which you can optimize complex, outdated processes and solve demanding problems.
With Power Automate, difficult, repetitive processes and tasks from a wide variety of applications and third-party vendors can be easily handed over to automation. With Power Automate Desktop it is possible to automate manual tasks and inputs in desktop applications, but also in web services, on a Windows computer.
